FREE BLACK & BLUE INJURY CLINICS

OFFERED FOR LINCOLN CO. MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETES & TEACHERS

Phoenix Physical Therapy and Sports Performance will again offer a FREE "Black and Blue Injury Clinic" Monday evenings from 5pm – 7pm, beginning September 14th and running through November 2nd. The clinics are open to any Lincoln County middle or high school student athlete or teacher.

The FREE "Black and Blue Clinics" allow patients to be screened by a physician and treated by a physical therapist on a first come, first served basis.  Prospective clients can save time by downloading our REGISTRATION FORM.  Patients can print, fill out and bring the form to the session.

"Black and Blue Injury Clinics" will take place at Phoenix, located at 298 North Hwy. 16 in Denver, NC.  Staff members from Phoenix Physical Therapy and Sports Performance and from local sports medicine physician’s offices will provide all services.
