OUR SPECIALTIES
At Phoenix, we focus on two core specialty areas
– physical therapy and sports performance. Our
expert staff have years of experience in both
arenas and approach them with a progressive,
performance-based mindset.
Our therapists have both the knowledge and
expertise to take clients from the acute injury
phase back to their prior level of function – or
better. We create targeted programs that address
the full spectrum of injury cause and recovery,
and we implement them in highly customized,
one-on-one sessions. In addition, we help our
clients learn to prevent re-injury through
specialized training and home exercise programs.
Our sports performance programs are grounded in
the same training techniques we use with
professional athletes. We adapt those
techniques to fit each athlete’s abilities,
playing position and goals in order to boost
performance at any age, in any discipline,
