High School Performance Training

Ideally the progression for the Junior Performance, High School Performance program is designed to teach young athletes ages 15-18 the proper way to train and the necessity of consistency in their training. The goal is to improve an individual's weaknesses and increase their athletic performance through strength and movement training, while reducing unnecessary injury in all sports. This program progresses athletes into a full strength and conditioning program in addition to addressing:
  • Functional Flexibility
  • Core Strength (hip, abdominal, and back strength)
  • Speed Development and continued running form
  • Agility Training
  • Explosive Power
  • Total Body Functional Strength

The High School Performance programs are custom tailored to each individual based on the evaluation results.  Athletes then work in groups of no more than 5, 3 times per week.
