Junior Performance Training

Designed for ages 12-14 this program is the foundation.  The youth program is designed to educate the student athlete by incorporating:
 
              
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Neuromuscular coordination
  • Improving basic running technique
  • Reducing unnecessary injuries while enhancing their sport performance
  • Overall athleticism
This program is designed to address the needs of athletes that are experiencing changes in body composition due to growth.  These athletes’ bodies may not be ready to endure the rigors of intense training but may need the foundational issues addressed to maintain health and progress athletically.  Athletes work in groups of no more than 6 and are educated about team dynamics and proper use of the weight room.  Programs are 12 sessions, 2 times per week.
