Professional & College Performance Training Program
 

Aimed at taking college and professional athletes to the peak of their abilities, this program helps dramatically improve playing performance through sport-specific training. With a lower athlete-to-coach ratio than is typically found in team settings, each athlete is individually evaluated for functional movement, power, speed, agility and sport-specific performance. Our trainers identify strengths and limiting factors and customize a program that focuses on skilled execution and improved speed, agility, power and flexibility. All training is geared toward improving athletic performance and reducing injury. Athletes train in groups of four or less.
