At Phoenix PTSP, our clients train like pros. Our sports performance specialists have trained professional athletes and understand the dynamics involved in building speed, agility and strength for all ages and disciplines.

Program Basics

Our training programs, based on leading research and athletic enhancement technology, are scientifically designed to improve an athlete’s performance while also reducing the risk of injury. We specialize in creating comprehensive individual training programs specially tailored to meet the specific needs and demands of each athlete, sport, and playing position.

Our programs focus on speed and movement training to enhance all areas of athletic performance with the goal of "playing fast"... running, reacting, and recovering fast. This goal is met by three objectives – improving speed, improving agility and improving conditioning – which are achieved through a regimented approach to training. Our program addresses five key sports-specific segments:

• Movement Preparation - Flexibility

• Lateral Movement and Plyometrics
• Strength Training
• Conditioning


Specialized Programs

We offer specialized programs such as Junior Performance Training (ages 12 to 14), High School Performance Traning, and Team and Camp Performance Traning.
