Phoenix PTSP provides therapy and rehabilitation for Workman's Compensation patients. We support the business community and focus on the safety of the employees. Phoenix works to reduce both the severity and the frequency of work-related injuries and help establish a safe working environment for employees.
Physical & Occupational Therapy
In support of Workman's Compensation issues, Phoenix has certified Physical and Occupational Therapists on staff who work within the rules and regulations of the NC Industrial Committee. They provide evaluations, plans and treatments for all Workman's Compensation situations. This helps the worker return to work as soon as possible.
Strength & Conditioning
The therapists at Phoenix concentrate on restoring a worker's strength, flexibility and endurance to a level needed to safely perform all of their work respoonsibilities. They also emphasize education so the employee can limit the risk of future injuries.
Other important issues addressed from the Phoenix staff include Job Site Analysis, Testing and Injury Prevention Education. |
