Dr. Tatum Robinson, PT, DPT

A native of Gastonia, N.C., Robinson is a practicing physical therapist (PT) in outpatient orthopedics with a passion for sports medicine. Robinson has been with Phoenix since its inception and serves as the Director of Therapy Services.

Jonathan Vance, PTA, CSCS (Denver)

A native of Denver, NC and former East Lincoln High School baseball and basketball player, Jonathan joined Phoenix Physical Therapy & Sports Performance full time in 2007.

Dr. Kelly Ivey, PT, DPT (Terrell)

Kelly Ivey has been with Phoenix Physical Therapy since 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Physical Therapy at our Terrell location.

Dr. Haley Wilder, PT, DPT (Denver)

Dr. Haley Wilder is a native of Stanley, NC, where she attended East Gaston High School. She is a practicing Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT, PT) in outpatient orthopedics who enjoys interacting with individuals of all ages.

Amie Kirkby, PT, MPT (Denver)

Amie is a native of Waukee, Iowa. She became interested in the field of Physical Therapy during high school when she had various injuries during softball and volleyball.

Heather Stilwell, PTA, C-PS (Denver)

Heather is a native of Morganton, North Carolina. She spent her youth being active and participating in many different sports. During her high school years, she lettered in cross country, basketball, and track.

Dr. Sarah Bourque, PT, DPT (Terrell, Denver)

Sarah Bourque joined the Phoenix Physical Therapy team in 2023 and splits time between the Denver and Terrell locations.
